Exercise is the key to opening the body to retrieving more oxygen, stretching out tight and achey muscles, and relaxation settles the muscles, tendants and body down. Do you feel that this will work quickly or is this a lifetime change?

For me, exercise is the key to maintaining wellness in my daily dealings with fibro and has been for the years even before my "official" diagnosis of Fibromyalgia. I think exercise is essential in attaining and maintaining that wellness. Those of us who suffer with this condition need to make every effort to do some exercises through the pains but just not to over do it. We should pace ourselves and do what we can when we can. We learn to pace ourselves but exercise is essential!

I know what you mean for exercise and i do pace myself which is really hard for me to do. I had reverse therapy and it help me alot. The website for this is Reverse therapy.com.. It started in England and it is slowly coming to U.S.. I saw Dr.Palermo in Manchester Ct.. it is nothing i ever experience but it did work for me. yes i still have discomfort, stiffness, but i am not on alot of meds..I go as natural as i can and it is expensive. For instance it is taking me to a redecorate a bathroom 6 months or more. i do what I can and that is really hard for me. I also work 32 hrs. and I do call in alot but my employer has been very good to me. They know that i am a good worker and i do have a FM.Some people think it is not real and I stand up for it. I do not say i am in pain it is the pressure i have especially in my lower back and hips. I have massage every week which is far better that physical therapy for me. Please keep writing this is my first contact with anyone over the internet. thanks Luannie68
