Don'tknow if you will rememberme. I meet you @ The women's Expo. Have used your video everyday since I purchased it. Thought maybe I was advanced enough to skio DVD 1 but tried it the first night and I found out just how unflexable I am. This week I am visiting my daughter in Texas but when I return home I plan to finally start the #2 DVD. It is GREAT!!!!!! THANKYOU. I am so glad that it is working for you. I know when I first started, I found out how out of shape and not stretched out I was, too!! Sounds like you are faithful to it. THAT IS SUPER!!! Are you at present looking for people to become certified trainers? I have moved on to the second DVD. Are you considering #3????? I would be interested in teaching as well as further moves!!!!! I do feel better since doing the program and only miss doing it when there is no option. THANK YOU!!!!!! You are an angel!!!

Hi there,
I am so glad that it is working for you. It is amazing how much stronger and how much less pain you have, isn't it. I am planning on franchising the whole "Grove Approach" probably sometime in 2008. It is a very long process, as I have found out, and just as soon as I am ready, I could contact you if you want. My email is groabb@velocity.net if you would like me to get in touch. It is more fun to do it together but remember, you have to be trained and if anyone would get hurt, it is your responsibility so wait until I am ready and we can work on it together.
