Hello there! I just bought your dvd on Ebay...and watched some of it, and found it VERY interesting...I plan on finishing it after I post this message. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia & myofacial syndrome a little over two months ago, although I have suffered from it for 16+ years. My question is... I suffer from severe pain in my calf area, towards the evening it even swells a little. Is there anything one can do to get some relief from a little of the pain located there? I use corn bags that you heat in the microwave to help me go to sleep at night. I also bought a Comfort U Pillow, wonderful pillow, I couldnt sleep without it. I have also invested in an infra-red massager, dual head massager, balsat(lava) stones, and so forth. I am on NO meds for my pain...my doctor kind of doesnt like passing out pain killers...so I suffer. I have been told to get a new doctor, which I am seriously thinking about. I do have an RA doctor, who suffers from fibromyalgia himself, but he is also not a fan of meds. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! Lisa, from Tennessee

Hi Lisa, Thank you for your post. Please remember that the body scanning relaxation can be done anytime during the day and right before you go to sleep. Always remember, anytime you exercise, please make sure to end with the relaxation. This is so important to settle the muscles down. For the calf pain and swelling, I recommend you going to a wonderful website. Dr. Jacob Teitelbaum is an Internest, MD who has fibromyalgia and has done 20 years of extensive research on fibromyalgia. He is in charge of all the the Fibro & Fatigue Centers across the country. The closest center to you is Atlanta, GA but there is an online program, he used all natural herbs that are FDA inspected, of course, cannot be stamped but the FDA does inspect them. It is the most awesome program in the medical part of your health. He talks at his seminars about swelling and can advise you on what to do and what natural products help. If you would like to ask him this question, just go to www.endfatigue.com and on the left side it says: Ask question. He will answer you promply!!! If you do not hear back, please let me know. I also am going to provide you with the Atlanta Center's address and you can also ask if there are any doctors that he has trained in your area in Tennessee. It is a wonderful program and exciting to me is that he is allowing me to sell his products and books on my website. They will be up and running at a very competitive price line the first week of January. If you need to get started you can purchase them on the website that I provided to you. I would highly recommend his books "Pain Free 1,2,3" and "From Fatigued To Fantastic" which is what his product line is called. He is awesome. Remember, you still need the exercise and diet to maintain and keep the processed sugars, flours, etc out of your diet. So, if you just start the stretching exercise in my FIBROGA 1 video, you will be on your way. Here is the Atlanta address: Fibromyalgia & Fatigue Center of Atlanta 3750 Palladian Village Drive, Suite 300 Marietta, GA 30066 Toll-free: 1-866-443-4276 Phone: 678-494-7800 Fax: 678-494-7990 I wish for you Hope, Peace & Joy in your life during the holidays and through the New Year!! Sincerely Karen Grove

Hi Karen, Hi Lisa. My first time on your website Karen. Thanks for doing this! Lisa, I was wondering where in Tennessee you're located. I am in the Chattanooga area. I've been under treatment in Marietta since September. It is helping slowly. I have more confidence it this program than anything I've round in all my years of dealing with Fibro & Fatigue. Just wondering if we might carpool to Marietta sometime! It is hard sometimes getting myself there and back alone.
